When Will My Order Ship?

Here at That's Lovely Dear, orders carefully packaged and are sent out once a week, on a Friday, through a batch dispatch system.

You will receive a shipping notification stating that your product is on its way to you.

How Long Will My Items Take To Arrive?

Domestic Orders, which are orders within Australia, usually take a 2 - 6 business days to arrive after the dispatch date. Please contact us if you believe that express postage is needed for your order.

Arrival of International Orders can take anywhere between 2 - 5 Weeks, as delivery time primarily is determined by your location and customs and we deliver from Australia.

To ensure that your order will be shipped out on the nearest Friday, orders will be closed every Friday at 9:00am, AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time), for packaging and shipment the same day.

If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please message us for us to determine whether it will arrive before that day at info@thatslovelydear.com

Do you offer tracking?

Unfortunately we do not offer tracking for our products within our listings.

That's Lovely Dear is committed to keeping our services affordable for as many people as we can. Tracking can come with a hefty price tag over $40 for a single item, and we think that’s just nuts. Therefore, we are constantly looking for cheaper ways to ship our items into your hands.

However, if you are willing to pay for tracking or you believe you have a larger order that could qualify for tracking, please send us an enquiry and we are more than happy to set that up for you.

Do you ship to my country?

At the moment, we ship our pins worldwide. Lucky you!

How much does shipping cost?

We try to make shipping as cheap as possible. In fact, all of our special pin packs are FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE.

As for all our other products:

International Shipping: $3-$4USD

Domestic (Australian Shipping): $2USD

I have not received my order? What should I do?

If you have not received your purchase after 40 days, please contact us through message and we will send a replacement straight away.

Oh No, I Gave You The Wrong Address!

There is still some hope if you package hasn’t shipped yet! Send us a message (info@thatslovelydear.com) as soon as you have noticed and we are more than happy to fix it for you.

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is more difficult to change the address. Thus, we are not responsible after the package has been sent.

COVID-19 SHIPPING IMPACTS:

That’s Lovely Dear is sending all our love to those who are impacted by these uncertain and confusing times, and hope that you are healthy and safe and truly looking after yourself and each other. There have been a couple of concerns about whether That’s Lovely Dear and your orders are impacted during these times, and we are here to answer all your questions below.

DOMESTIC AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We use Australia Post to ship out all your parcels. Luckily, there are no service disruptions within Australia and they are delivering as usual, with certain adjustments in regards to COVID19.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
As for international parcels, postage has luckily been deemed an essential service in many countries, including those who in Lockdown. Thus, your little goodies will still be making their way to you and hopefully putting a smile on your face.
However, Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in some countries due to the coronavirus. To find out whether you are one of the countries that are impacted, click the link in our bio titled, “Australia Post International Delivery Delays”
This does not mean you will not get your package. It likely means that they might be delayed as Australia Post works with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.
IS IT SAFE TO RECEIVE PACKAGES?
Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods. In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.
